Igor Gasowski, President & Chief Creative Officer


Igor Gasowski has over twenty years of experience as a designer, strategist and most of all, a visionary in an ever-changing industry.
Igor began in the traditional world of advertising in Europe, working for clients such as Cartier and Mercedes-Benz. He then became Creative Director overseeing a team that produced designs for clients across western and Eastern Europe.
When Igor came to the United States, he broke ground in the emerging field of digital design as soon as he stepped off the airplane. As the first full-time artist hired at Berkeley Systems Inc., Igor created and then led the creative efforts for all the art, animation and design for the After Dark series. This was the first hugely successful screensaver and the first time computers had a snappy look and feel. Ever. Igor quickly rose to VP of Art and Design and built up the department to a full capacity studio that turned out screen savers for the likes of Disney, Star Trek and the Simpsons.
When CD-roms were just hitting the market, Igor once again made his mark. As Executive Producer of YOU DON’T KNOW JACK, Igor initiated and developed the game that won every major industry award and sold more than 6 million copies.
When the Internet was just emerging, Gasowski headed up the efforts to take JACK online. This was the first online show with over 100,000 viewers per month, and one of the first successes in integrating TV-like entertainment with online content.
Igor has since made waves in Web 2.0, as Creative Director of the Internet marketing agency ClearInk. Igor is now heading up his own company, Boldium, which focuses on developing and implementing strategies that capitalize on the emerging trends of Web 2.0. Igor’s clients have included Autodesk, Sun Microsystems, Hewlett Packard, Vonage, Bell Helmets and California Pizza Kitchen. Igor brings both a spirit of innovation and a deep knowledge base to each client. Finding ways to harness collective intelligence and create rich user experiences, Igor’s innovative strategies always take things just one step further.
